Renewal, cancellation and refunds
- Subscriber renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every year or every month, the one you choose) and is charged to the card you gave at checkout, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
- Cancel any time in Account → Plan → Manage billing. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: you keep Subscriber until then and are not charged again. Cancelling takes a couple of clicks; you never need to contact us.
- Refunds: payments are not refundable for a period that has started, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong (for example a charge you didn't expect), email support@cybersecuritynews.us and we will make it right.
- Price changes never apply to a period you have already paid for. We email you at least 30 days before a new price would apply to your renewal, so you can cancel first. The founding price is not raised while you stay subscribed.
- Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
